This mobile lifting device is built for truck and bus workshops, removing the need for manual heavy lifting when working on hubs and kingpins. The adjustable lifting arm gives good access for component replacement, and the tool fixture holds existing tools securely for hub and wheel removal — including hubs with brake discs or dual wheels with brake drums. The hydraulic pump can be disconnected from the lift and used on the floor inside the wheelhouse, useful for kingpin replacement in tight spaces. Four large caster wheels make the unit easy to manoeuvre even at its maximum 350kg load, and the front casters lock straight for stable operation when working on wheel hubs. This set includes the wheel stud extender set (HLD2025-140), used when the original wheel bolts are too short to connect the hub puller (03-00016-32T/45T/70T, sold separately), reducing the risk of damage during disassembly. Also included is the universal brake caliper holder (HLD2025-150), which fits most heavy vehicle brake calipers regardless of make and holds the caliper securely in the lift's tool fixture during removal and installation.
